The Bond - Sydney
This unique project involved the restoration and redevelopment of an historic, waterfront precinct on the edge of Sydney CBD and presented a significant, initial challenge—to decontaminate the site from bitumen residues left by the first gasworks in Sydney. The completed project comprises Australia’s first 5-star rated, eco-sustainable office building (global Head Office of Lend Lease), 49 residential apartments, refurbished Bond Stores and a public plaza.
