UCG Project - Claromeco Basin
Delmo Group has commenced a commercial scale Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) project in Argentina, where demand for electricity is steadily rising. Coal exploration rights to over 600,000 hectares of land in the Claromeco Coal Basin have been acquired, and plans include the construction of an initial 300MW power plant connected directly to the local and national electricity grid.

Mineral Exploration - Salta
Together with Australian investment partners, the Delmo Group has acquired 10 copper and gold tenements in the Province of Salta, Argentina, representing a total area of over 56,000Ha. Given the low level of exploration within Argentina, the probability of identifying successful projects is very high.
Rail & Port Infrastructure
Central Andean Railway
Delmo Group has formed a consortium of Australian companies to tender for the feasibility and construction of a mining, rail and port project in Argentina. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between the Australian Government and the Government of the Republic of Argentina, paving the way for further projects of this nature to be considered.
Property Development
Parque Patricios
This development of a 200-square-block IT District within the city of Buenos Aires involves the creation of several key buildings as well as a complete revitalization of the area, including the activation of Calle Los Patos, a 20m wide pedestrian boulevard and all-important connective space within the district.
